By Living Jade StoneJadeite Jade Yoni Eggs and Women's Wellness
In the traditions discussed in holistic wellness circles, yoni eggs are associated with women's connection to their bodies, pelvic awareness, and the practice of intentional self-care. They are typically made from natural stones, including jade, and have been used in some traditional practices to symbolize femininity, vitality, and a woman's relationship with her body.
In Barbara's book, Sustain Me, the broader message of natural health is to become more aware of our bodies and the choices we make in caring for them. This is an opportunity to explore that message and consider where traditional practices fit into our understanding of women's health today.
The Connection Between Mind and Body
One of the central ideas in natural wellness is that we should pay attention to our bodies rather than wait until a problem develops. We can apply that principle to women's pelvic health.
Understanding the pelvic floor, recognizing changes in our bodies, and feeling comfortable discussing intimate health concerns are all valuable parts of personal wellness. For many women, conversations about pelvic health have historically been difficult. They may hesitate to discuss bladder leakage, discomfort during intimacy, or changes associated with childbirth and aging.
We should encourage open, respectful conversations about these subjects. Women deserve access to reliable information, compassionate wellness education, and the freedom to make informed decisions about their bodies.
Support Children and Make a Positive Difference
Five percent of sales proceeds from every purchase will support East African Mission Orphanage.
East African Mission Orphanage (EAMO) was established in 1997 by Australian family who today provide a loving home for hundreds of orphaned children including babies and teenage mothers.
EAMO is registered as a charitable institution with the Kenyan Government for the purpose of caring for children in desperate need and is taking up the challenge of finding and caring for orphaned children before they reach the streets of Kenya.
The O'Neill family have been steadfast supporters of East African Mission Orphanage for many years.
Their generosity extends far beyond financial contributions as they have faithfully championed the orphanage's mission by sharing its story, connecting new donors, and inspiring others to invest in the lives of vulnerable children. Because of their unwavering commitment, countless children have received the care, education, healthcare, and opportunities they deserve.
Michael's dedication reflects a genuine passion for creating lasting change, and his support continues to strengthen the foundation of hope that East African Mission Orphanage provides every day.
Barbara's work has encouraged many people to take a closer look at natural approaches to health and well-being. That conversation is most useful when it empowers people to make informed decisions based on both personal values and reliable evidence.
When you shop with us, you become part of an effort to support children and help make a positive difference in their lives. Each order helps contribute to the care and support of children in need, connecting your purchase with a mission that reaches beyond personal wellness.

Why Use Jadeite Jade?

Our yoni eggs are carved from Jadeite Jade, the rarer and more valuable form of jade than nephrite. Unlike porous or chemically treated stones, jadeite is naturally dense and ideal for carving into smooth, body safe tools. Sourced and hand carved from Guatemala; one of the world’s most historic jade regions. This stone has been treasured by the ancient Maya as more valuable than gold.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Jade and Jadeite?
Jadeite is actually a form of jade, while nephrite is another form of jade. Jadeite and Nephrite are two classifications of jade. What makes Jadeite and Nephrite so different is the grain structure. Nephrite is softer and more common. Jadeite is more dense and non-porous, making it the more preferable choice for yoni eggs.
Is this real Jade?
Yes, authentic Guatemalan Jadeite.
Is it safe?
Yes. Jadeite is a dense, non-porous stone. Proper hygiene and correct use are essential.
Can beginners use these?
Yes. It is recommended to begin with the largest stone and work your way down. Consult a gynecologist if you are unsure if this is right for you.
Can I sleep with it in?
No. These are not meant for extended wear.
How do I use them?
Begin by inserting the largest egg into the birth canal until it reaches the cervix. Keep egg inserted for one hour daily for one week
Each yoni egg has two holes at the bottom. Insert the included hemp cord into the hole and tug gently to remove

- Third week keep inserted daily for three hours
- The fourth week keep inserted daily for four hours

- After the five months move down a size and insert for five to six hours and wear six hours a day
- Finally, insert the smallest egg five to six hours a day for six months
